Mary White's Honey Bee Bakery will be offering breads, 100% whole grain, semolina, a rich cornmeal loaf, and more as well as pastries and butter cakes featuring local fruit. Honey Bee Bakery uses 100% organic grains and local dairy products since high-quality, fresh ingredients always yield the best flavors. Mary bakes with a mind toward creativity and seasonality and is committed to the local food economy and partnering with her neighbors.

Mary White was a founding member of Underground Food Collective / Underground Catering. Mary attributes the fine-tuning of her baking skills to Sophia's Bakery and Café and to L'Etoile Restaurant. She thanks Cress Spring Bakery for providing fresh-ground flour and advice on natural leavens. Honey Bee is the name of the old horse Mary grew up with and represents her love for the family farm.
